Bill focuses on new acquisitions, with particular focus on Metro New York. Bill is also involved with overall investment strategy and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Bill has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and previously served as Co-Chief Investment Officer alongside Ryan McDonough.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Bill served as Chief Investment Officer at Davis Marcus Partners.

Bill also served 14 years at New Boston Real Investment Funds as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Acquisitions directing the acquisition of more than $1.2 billion of residential and commercial properties while also providing strategic portfolio direction.

A certified Public Accountant, Bill received an M.S. in Accounting from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
