Pete serves as the firm’s Head of Assets, a role in which he oversees all assets in our portfolio and works closely with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, and Portfolio Management teams throughout each investment’s life cycle. Pete is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners in 2008, Pete was a Project Director at Corcoran Jennison. Pete also served for eight years as the Director of Leasing and Asset Management at the Nelson Companies. Pete currently serves on the executive committee of the 128 Business Council’s board of directors.

Pete holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Finance from the College of William & Mary.
