Pat serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer & Head of Capital.

Pat oversees the firm’s day-to-day business operations, while also leading capital raising and limited partner relationships for the firm’s investment vehicles with Paul Marcus. Pat also plays a lead role alongside Paul Marcus in setting firm-wide vision. Pat chairs the firm’s Management Committee and is a member of its Investment Committee and Compliance & Risk Committee.

Prior to his current role, Pat led some of the firm’s most significant development projects and continues to play a leadership role in the firm’s development activities.

Pat serves on the Board of Directors at NAIOP Massachusetts. Pat also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Institutional Real Estate Americas (IREI) and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). In 2022, he participated in Civic Action Project, a non-profit organization focused on improving collaboration between the public and private sectors in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Pat received a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
