Marcus Partners is based in Boston with offices in Connecticut and Florida.

Paul Marcus, CEO of Marcus Partners, leads the Company. Paul has developed, managed and owned property for 30 years. He has been involved with the acquisition, planning, design and construction of more than nine million square feet of office, medical office, R&D and biotechnology projects, 2,000 hotel rooms and numerous mixed-use developments.

The Connecticut office is managed by David Fiore, President of the Connecticut Region. For 30 years David has worked both as an architect and as a principal in the design, construction, acquisition and management of commercial and residential properties. David Fiore has been involved with the management of 1.5 million square feet of space. Under his leadership, the Connecticut office is undertaking select commercial and residential acquisition and development.

The Florida office is managed by J. Mark Stroud, President of the Florida Region. For 25 years Mark has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of real estate in the State of Florida.
