David directs the firm's investment activities in the New York Metro region and has over 30 years’ experience in the Acquisition, Leasing, Management, Development, Construction, and design of commercial real estate. He also is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, David served as Senior Vice President of Davis Marcus Partners for 11 years where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing and overseeing property management for the Connecticut office. He also served as a Managing Partner of Philip Johnson, Ritchie and Fiore Architects in NYC where he practiced architecture for 17 years.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Penn State University.
